All new customers who purchase Azure services from July 1, 2020 receive free Azure standard support for the 12-month period within the qualifying period. The 12-month period begins from the date the contract is signed or extended. We are a CSP supplier. We provide a coat management tool, monthly inventor and best practice report and a first support agreement for all our CSP clients. We are the first line of support, as others have suggested, but premier`s agreement allows us to support faster than regular payg and EA without prime minister`s agreement. All this at the same cost as PAYG. EA may have a few discounts that only the MS sales team has access to. However, we see fewer EA discounts if the predicted persists at AWS.
